The new room was much better more up dated Was cleaned daily
The first room was old and taty but when aaked at reception they immediately changed my room

Do not honour agreement
Reception staff. Location
I have raised a complaint. We didn't book breakfast because it was complimentary when we booked in February so why would I. It was totally withdraw in April but nobody told us including booking. com, felt cheated. Also spoke to booking. Come who were totally unhelpful. Also only one big towel for two guests and extremely noisy air conditioning. Reception staff were very helpful but could not honour our agreement. Totally spoilt the night. Deluxe room was more suited to families with children, decorated for children.

If you're just needing a place to sleep and take a shower, this is fine.
The staff were friendly and wanted to be helpful, but weren't able to deliver on getting transportation to/from the hotel b/c of taxi service. The staff was the most positive thing.
There was no breakfast offered, and the location, while convenient, wasn't taxi-friendly. E.g. when I was dropped off, I had to walk nearly a block with my luggage, and when I checked out, no taxi would come to the hotel, so I had to walk nearly two blocks with all my luggage to a taxi stand. That wasn't cool. The room rate was not expensive, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

Great location
The staff was very kind and the location was pretty good.
The bathroom was old, and had a bath not so clean. The towels were very old too, it had a rip towel!!.
